Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Methods
Hiweke Welding ships all products using standard parcel carriers, including:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
We automatically select the most reliable and cost‑effective carrier for your location.
No freight shipping is used unless a customer places a bulk or custom order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight (approx. 20 lb per welding station)
- Carrier rates
Hiweke Welding may offer promotional or discounted shipping at its discretion.
Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery windows after dispatch:
- UPS/FedEx: 3–7 business days
- USPS: 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders or bulk shipments, please contact us for a custom quote.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address
- Contact the carrier to open a claim
Hiwekewelding.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours at support@compliantquality.com
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Hiwekewelding.com is not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
